3D Texture Rules
3D textures packs are only available for NON COMMERCIAL use.
Commercial usage of 3D texture packs requires a license purchase.
See each package's Read Me for details.

STOCK PHOTO RULES:

All of my stock photos are mainly geared towards reference for traditional artists.
My camera isn’t up to par for really huge high resolution pieces.

They are “royalty free, free use” within my rules. You can use them for digital works
if you so please but the resolution might be a bit limiting.

My Rules:
1. Not to be used exactly as it appears in the photo.
Explanation: do not make direct copies of it
and call it your work.
Please be CREATIVE, adding a filter
or changing the colors are not considered
changes, and will treated by me as direct copying.

2. Send me a link to the deviation, for me to fav at DA
or a small low resolution jpg of your work
via email, and or a link to the page the piece
is displayed on outside for me view your work outside of DA.

3. Photomanip Rule: Give credit where credit is due.
DA Use: Please credit me with a link to my DA page.
Outside DA Use: Please link to my web site and DA Stock Account page
when posting digital photomanips any where outside of the DA sphere.

In Conclusion:
Use outside DA, and commercial use is permitted if you follow all the rules.

PSD Stock Rules

when you use our PSD files.


Post a comment on the gallery page of the stock you use letting me know you used it.
PLEASE DO NOT POST ON THE FRONT PAGE!
We will fav your deviation.

1. You can NOT use them as is, in other stock collections, just filtered, in tube collections, other psd collections, for sale on tag sites, post them as stock some where else, or on file sharing sites.

2. You can use them for non commercial and commercial works on and off DA if credit is given.

You can also purchase a license for the PSD files if from some reason giving credit will be a problem for you.
Note this account with your email address and we will send you an invoice. After you receive the invoice
and remit payment we will send you a digital copy of your license. Print copies of license available, ask for details.
